Position Title: Journeyman Plumbers

Employee Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Every Other Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Job Description:
Know all safety rules and regulations and ensure they are being practiced in field
Develop schedule for all plumbing activities
Develops list of equipment and materials to complete jobs
Develops written contracts with customers and implement them
Supervise apprentices
Lay out jobs
Read blue prints
Draw isometric drawings
Diagnose plumbing problems and troubleshoot all plumbing issues in field
Organize material for jobs
Ability to communicate and follow directions
Keep trucks neat and in organized condition
Operate light and heavy equipment
Maintain equipment
Clean and maintain cleanliness in the office and work environment
Maintain excellent relationships with customers and employees
Coordinate all sub contractors to complete job
Demonstrate management, leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate well, verbally and in writing
Resolve conflicts and solve problems
Be well organized and oversee multiple projects
Must be physically agile and able to climb ladders, access and egress trenches, and/or attic spaces and/or confined places

Education & Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent, prefer trade school and some hands on training. Minimum 5 years hands on experience necessary or Journeyman license. Knowledge of construction costs, scheduling, estimating and plumbing systems. Proficient at reading contract drawings. Computer skills are a plus; Word and Excel. We encourage education!!!!!

Must maintain valid drivers record in good standing.

High School diploma or equivalent, prefer trade school and 2 years minimum hands on training. We encourage education!!!!

Must have clean drivers record, DMV report required.
